Wage Ticker (the "App") calculates and displays what you have earned so far during work hours, based on the salary and work schedule you enter. The App does not require account registration, real name, email, or phone number.

1. Information the App Collects
The annual salary, workdays, start/end times you enter on the settings screen, and the amounts calculated from them are stored only on your device (in the App's local storage). They are never transmitted to the company's servers and the company cannot see them. To show them in the home-screen widget, a copy of the same settings is also stored in the widget storage on your device; this copy is not transmitted to the company's servers either. If you have turned on your operating system's device backup feature (iCloud Backup, Google backup, etc.), information stored on the device may be included in that backup, which is subject to the policies of the relevant operating system provider. The App does not request camera, location, or contacts permissions. From version 1.3.0 it optionally requests notification permission for the end-of-workday reminder; this reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device and does not pass through any server.

When you choose to share from the image share card, the image showing your earnings is passed directly to the app you pick through your device's share feature and does not pass through the company's servers.

The App connects to the internet when you send an in-app inquiry (Section 3) and when it checks the minimum supported version at startup. For the minimum supported version check, it sends the app name and platform (iOS or Android) to the company's server (Supabase Inc.) and shows an update screen if the installed version is lower. From version 1.5.4, the App does not send usage statistics, error information or terms acceptance records to a server (for records collected by earlier versions, see Sections 6 and 7).

2. Website Usage Information
This website (wagetick.sanglimsoft.com) is served through a hosting provider; technical information such as IP address and browser type may be processed in the hosting provider's server logs in the ordinary way. The company adds no analytics or advertising scripts to the website.

3. Information Processed for Inquiries
When you use Contact us in the App settings, the message, optional reply email, app name, app version (including build number), device model, operating system and its version, device language setting, platform (such as iOS or Android), IP address, and receipt time are stored in the company’s inquiry database (Supabase Inc.). Before sending, you can review the app version, device model, operating system, and language under “Information sent with your inquiry”. These are used to answer inquiries, investigate errors using the app version and device environment, handle requests to exercise your rights, and prevent abuse (IP address). Records stored in the inquiry database through the App or the website support form are automatically deleted one year after receipt. The email address, message, request type, and IP address (to prevent abuse) submitted through the website support or deletion-request form are stored in the same database service to answer and process requests. A notice of the request (app name, platform, inquiry type ("inquiry" for in-app inquiries), app version, receipt time, reply email, and the first 300 characters of the message) is sent to the company's internal Slack.

4. Third-Party Sharing and Processors
Collected information is not provided or sold to third parties, except where required by law. The company uses the following processors:
- Website hosting/CDN: Cloudflare
- Storage of in-app inquiries and the support form, and minimum supported version lookups: Supabase Inc. (data stored in South Korea (Seoul); the operator is a U.S. company)
- Support request notification: Slack Technologies, LLC (Salesforce)

5. International Transfer
Under Article 28-8 of the Personal Information Protection Act, information is transferred abroad to the following processors. All transfers take place over the network with encryption in transit.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States and the countries where Cloudflare data centers are located; contact: privacyquestions@cloudflare.com): website access information, sent when the website is accessed, for relaying traffic and hosting. Retained for as long as needed to relay it.
- Supabase Inc. (data stored in South Korea (Seoul); the operator is a U.S. company, so processing abroad through remote access may occur; contact: privacy@supabase.com): the in-app inquiry information in Section 3; the email address, message, request type, and IP address (to prevent abuse) submitted through the website support form; and minimum supported version lookups (app name and platform). These are sent when you submit an in-app inquiry or the form and when the App starts, for receiving and answering inquiries, investigating errors, handling rights requests, preventing abuse, and checking the minimum supported version. Inquiry records are retained as described in Section 6 (automatically deleted one year after receipt).
- Slack Technologies, LLC (Salesforce, United States; contact: privacy@slack.com, Slack privacy policy): app name, platform, inquiry type ("inquiry" for in-app inquiries), app version, receipt time, reply email, and the first 300 characters of the message, sent when you submit an in-app inquiry or the website support form, for notifying the company of the request. Retention follows the provider's policy.
How to refuse and what follows: you may refuse the international transfer. If you do not use Contact us in the App or the website support form, no inquiry information is sent to Supabase or Slack. The minimum supported version check sends only the app name and platform when the App starts, and nothing more is sent once you uninstall the App. To refuse or ask questions, use the contact in Section 10.

6. Retention
Settings stored on your device (including the copy in the widget storage) are deleted when you change them on the settings screen or uninstall the App. Records stored in the inquiry database through the App or the website support form are automatically deleted one year after receipt. Usage statistics and error information sent by App version 1.5.3 or earlier are automatically deleted one year after the collection server receives them (deleted records may remain in backup copies for up to 30 days), and terms acceptance records are kept for one year after the collection server receives them and then destroyed. We may keep them until resolved if an inquiry or dispute identified by the acceptance number is in progress, and backup copies of the collection server are kept for 30 days and then deleted.

7. Your Rights
Because the settings exist only on your device, you can view, correct, and delete them directly. To access or delete your inquiry records, use the contact below or the inquiry and deletion-request form on the support page.

App version 1.5.3 or earlier sends usage statistics and error information for service improvement, and terms acceptance records, to a collection server operated by the company (Oracle Corporation, United States). To request deletion of records already collected this way, send the App name and your request to the contact below and we will respond within 14 business days. Including your device model and roughly when you installed the App helps us find the records. For terms acceptance records, tell us the acceptance number shown under "Terms acceptance record" on the Settings screen of the earlier version and we will find the record and handle your request to access or delete it. If we cannot identify the records, we will tell you so.

8. Children Under 14
The App is for users aged 14 or older, and the consent screen asks you to confirm that you are 14 or older at first launch. It does not ask you to enter your date of birth or other age information. The App does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children.

9. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the changes will be posted on this page and in the App's consent screen.
