Privacy Policy

This policy is provided in Korean and English. Other languages fall back to English.

Wage Ticker (the "App") calculates and displays what you have earned so far during work hours, based on the salary and work schedule you enter. The App does not require account registration, real name, email, or phone number.

1. Information Stored Only on Your Device
The annual salary, workdays, start/end times you enter on the settings screen, and the amounts calculated from them are stored only on your device (in the App's local storage). They are never transmitted to the company's servers and the company cannot see them.

2. Collection of Usage Statistics and Error Information
To improve the service and fix errors, the company transmits information about App usage to a collection server operated by the company. The types of information collected are:
- App usage records such as launch, close, install, and update
- Identifiers of screens navigated within the App
- Records of key actions performed in the App (first settings saved, which setting was changed, the work-status category when the App is opened (working, before work, after work, day off), policy viewed, consent given)
- If the same spot is tapped repeatedly in a short time, that fact together with the on-screen coordinates of the taps and the structure of the tapped element
- Technical information about errors and crashes (error type, message, and program execution path; source code locations are not exposed in release builds, but error messages may include part of the values being processed at the time)
- Usage environment information such as device type, OS version, App version, and language setting
- An anonymous identifier that groups the above records per installation

The following are not collected:
- Screen recordings or content displayed on screen
- The salary and work hours you enter and the amounts calculated from them
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID), location, contacts

Since the company provides no login feature, collected records are not linked to any individual account. The anonymous identifier persists for the same installation until the App is uninstalled.

3. Device Permissions
The App does not request device permissions such as camera, location, contacts, or notifications.

4. Retention and Deletion
Settings stored on your device are deleted when you change them on the settings screen or uninstall the App. Usage statistics and error information sent to the collection server are retained for the duration of the service and deleted upon a user's deletion request.

5. Third-Party Sharing and International Transfer
Collected information is not provided or sold to third parties, except where required by law. The collection server is operated directly by the company.

6. Your Rights
Because the settings exist only on your device, you can view, correct, and delete them directly. To request deletion of usage statistics and error information, send the App name and your request to the contact below and we will respond within 14 business days. Since the anonymous identifier alone cannot single out a user, uninstalling the App is the most reliable way.

7. Children Under 14
The App does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children.

10. Information Processed When Using This Website
This website (wagetick.sanglimsoft.com) is served through Cloudflare; technical information such as IP address and browser type may be processed in the hosting provider's server logs in the ordinary way. The company adds no analytics or advertising scripts to the website.

11. Information Processed for Inquiries
The email address and message you submit through the support form are stored in a database service used by the company (Supabase), used only to respond and process the request, and deleted within one year after completion.

9. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the changes will be posted on this page and in the App's consent screen.
